I always save my favorite and most rare sea glass for my gold pieces. This one is extra special with the added touch of diamonds!
This sea glass is from my English multi collection. It has hues of purple, pink and blue depending on the lighting. It has been meticulously set in 18k gold. The bezel is backplated in recycled Argentium silver for economical purposes.
This ring reignited my creative spark. I had just finished a huge wholesale order, making the same necklace over and over repetitively. As much as I love making jewelry, I need creativity to thrive. Feeling burnt out from that order, I picked up a ring that Will & I had started together; about a year ago. I started playing around with texturing the band to practice for his wedding ring that I’ll be making.
It is truly impossible to capture the detail of this ring, but we just couldn’t wait any longer to share it. Just in time for Mother’s Day!
My future husband (52 days) has so many incredible talents and apparently one of them is making settings/setting brilliant cut stones. He carefully set two 2mm diamonds (approx 0.06 CW) diamonds on this recycled Argentium silver band that I textured using multiple burrs and bits for an organic look.
This ring is a size 7.5, and truly one of a kind.
